I have walked that long road of life. I have tried not to falter; I have made missteps along the way. But I have discovered the secret that after climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb. I have taken this moment in time for the challenge of the( Walk for the cure)

With a metal plate in my leg and angle from a prior injury I was not deterred nor by the amount of money that had to be raised and the training that was needed.

I started in May to begin for the Walk on November 2008 in Plano Dallas TX,while working a full time job,taking care of my son and husband and the daily chores of life.

I know what gets me through these times and is my faith and belief in a source greater than I that guides me and gives me strength.

Along with the wonderful support of friends who helped with donations so that I could achieve my goal. For the many blessings that have been bestowed upon myself and family.
